From a developer perspective, it seems that a flag to indicate whether to ignore the case directive for characters might resolve the issue, if Granthika normally does this. I would think ignore case as the default is ideal as most words/objects etc wouldn't require it by default. However, being able to tag a character to ignore capitalization might just be the ticket. :-)
