Something I really miss is support for hyperlinks. Say, for example, I have a real world location and the note I want to make refers to a Wikipedia page. Sure I can paste the link but... no handling for hyperlinks at all.

I suggest for Locations, Objects Events etc. we already have Notes and Labels and so on. Another category, Hyperlink, would be most welcome.
